Flex-Abled was established in 2020, when I picked up my passion for weight training, I was inspired by the unique style and energy of competitive powerlifting. I look to inspire those who want to get back into shape regardless of looks or abilities and I am always on the lookout for exciting new ways to help improve the quality of my customer’s life. We aim to inspire our customers to be the best version of themselves and feel great, both inside and out.
